What is Normal?

There is no such thing as normal!!!  Normal for one couple is not normal for another; therefore, it may be misleading to attach a figure to this condition, but you can take a short quiz to help you find out.  What we need to do is find a balance between the expectations of you and the expectations of your partner.  Other factors such as culture, heritage and age also play a part.  If, for example, a couple is content with their sex life, despite not being marathon lovers, then in this instance there is no problem as both are satisfied.  A study in 1948 by Alfred Kinsey discovered three-quarters of men ejaculated within two minutes of coitus and regarded this as acceptable.  He didn't think that was a dysfunction; he actually thought that was a sign of men being sexually responsive!

Studies have shown the average time for a female to achieve orgasm through penetration is between 12 and 25 minutes, but some women reach climax sooner and some later.  Many men wish they were able to prolong their sexual encounters. Lack of control, in fact, is the number one sexual complaint among men under the age of 40.

Premature Ejaculation (PE) is relative to the man and his partner's expectations.  A definitive answer to what is a normal length of time cannot therefore be given.  If, however, sex is a source of anxiety resulting from PE, the Supplemax Premature Ejaculaton Treatment Program can help, combining modern medicine with acknowledged exercise methods to successfully treat PE via a medically supervised program.
