Diet

You should eat moderate amounts of protein, plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables, and you should eat minimal amounts of carbohydrate.  This includes bread, cakes, rice, pasta etc.  Research has shown that foods high in protein and low in carbohydrate can cause the greater sustained levels in testosterone.  With andropause, muscle loss occurs, which is substituted with fat, therefore protein replacement is important.  Vegetables and fresh fruit can act as valuable antioxidants and have anti-aging properties.  It is not wise to completely cut fat out of your diet, since you do need some fat if you want to produce testosterone, since testosterone is synthesised from cholesterol.
